Yes Dear, Clip on tie?

In an episode of Yes Dear, the kid is sitting on the counter and the
dad walks up and says "You look nice". He then snatches on the kids
tie and the kid falls. He says something like "when did he stop
wearing clip ons?" What episode is this. Me and my father where
talking about the show and i want to show him this part.
