I'm looking for an American reality show, but I can't remember the
name. (not a new show)
- It was a group of people, most of them between 20-30 years.
- They were all in a big company and the winner of the show got a job
as an personal secretary or something similar.
- Their (female) boss / judge was very strict.
- The got tasks they had to solve, both as a team and alone. One of
the task was to plan a birthday party for a young girl (daughter of
someone that worked there).
- 1 person got sent home each episode.
